DESCRIPCIÓN:

·       To provide advice, installation services and on-going support in relation to desktop computing facilities being used by Staff. ·       To own and manage the Incident Management Process from incident initiation right through to resolution, closure with the user and review of experience. ·       To apply appropriate processes technologies and documentation to maximize the effectiveness of the area. ·       To work closely with other areas in to maintain maximum availability of IT services. ·       To lead, organize, manage and develop the Helpdesk team involved in providing these services. ·       Develop policies that will lead to consistency in processes for Customer Support.

FUNCIONES PRINCIPALES DEL PUESTO:

To plan, direct and coordinate the Information Technology helpdesk department, interacting and coordinating first and second level support to users

REQUISITOS EXTRA:

-Strong knowledge of troubleshooting of workstations, laptops, servers, networks, telecoms, telephony, call recorders and other data center equipment  -Experience in vendor, time and project management. -Knowledge of Internet connectivity and security. -Knowledge of Microsoft Product Solutions. -Knowledge of Cisco System Solutions. -Knowledge of Avaya System Solutions. -Excellent Customer Service orientation and ability to lead a team to higher levels of customer satisfaction
